Director

Randy grew up in Lubbock and attended TCU where he graduated with a B.A. in Business.  While there, he met his lovely wife, Marialice Williams.  After her graduation, she moved to Dallas and they both moved into the Park Cities.  They have two children, Alissa (who is a CPPC Team Member) and a son, Chase, who now lives with his wife, Kate Gillette, and their daughter, Reid in Lisbon, Portugal.

While their children were growing up and before Randy retired in 2020, Randy served on numerous community service Boards and organizations.  Primarily, he was Chairman of the Board for the Park Cities YMCA, Chairman of the C.A.R.E. Committee at the Park Cities YMCA and a 11-year Board Member for the Autism Treatment Centers of Texas.

Professionally, Randy was involved in the Dallas Commercial Real Estate industry for 35 years as an Office Tenant Rep Broker.  For the last 29 years, he was a Principal of Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services.  During his career, Randy served as President of SIOR North Dallas Chapter (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) and also volunteered his time for Transwestern as the Principal in charge of their Summer Intern Program where he mentored over 110 young men and women during eleven yearly summer programs.

“We are so blessed to have CPPC in Dallas.  Our children receive unparalleled programs daily by
individuals who truly care about them and their special needs….and their desire to continue to grow their skills as adults.  KUDOS to the CPPC Leadership Team and their hard work!   The future looks bright!”
