Misti Sampson


Misti is a Rockwall native, and graduated from Rockwall High School in 2003. After high school, she attended Texas A&M University in Commerce, TX, and graduated with a degree in Education in May 2010. Upon completion, she began working at Rockwall ISD as a Pre-K Special Needs teacher. She worked at Rockwall ISD until August 2014, when The Fulton School offered her the job of Music and Arts Teacher. She just ended her third year at Fulton, as a second grade teacher.

During Misti’s free time, she enjoys sewing, reading, and volunteering at her church in the special needs program. Misti joined the Connecting Point team on June 1st, 2016, and brings a wealth of knowledge, as well as a great personality, to our teammates as one of our Instructional Specialists. She is married, to her husband Sean, and has three kids. She is thrilled to be a part of the Connecting Point team.

Favy Segovia


Favy is a Wisconsin native who moved down to Texas to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Development and Family Studies at The University of North Texas. Favy’s work experience ranges from working with children in foster care to homeless veterans. Favy’s ultimate passion is advocating for those who haven’t found their own voice.  During Favy’s free time, she enjoys playing tennis, kayaking, singing in the car, traveling and reading.
